The styles presented on this website are subject to change as the semi-precious stones are not always available and may lead to different colours being used than those originally ordered. This cannot be helped as the stones are ethically sourced and rely on our manufacturer’s available range at the time of order.
Due to the nature of the stones and crystals, they are naturally formed and therefore no two stones will ever be the same. Small imperfections may and will occur in the natural stone/crystal; this is not a fault of the item but how they are created. On occasion some specific stones may be enhanced to create a more vibrant appeal.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the items have been shipped. If you change your mind about the item once received, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Returns policy – All jewellery is not exchangeable for health regulations. It is not refundable after being shipped. A refund will be issued if a fault or breakage in transit occurs. We require proof of photograph in this event.
– In the event of a damaged or broken item during shipping we will give a full refund or replacement of the item if available. We do require a photograph of the broken item. Return postage is at the customer’s expense, if we request the item be returned. A tracking number must be provided by the customer as proof of shipping in this event. A refund is not issued until goods have been received by us.
– Any returns due to damage are to be posted within 7 days of your receiving them. We have a record of when your parcel is delivered with tracking, for this reason, if the items are not received within 14 days we will not refund or credit.
– Overseas orders are not in our jurisdiction once they leave Australia, we cannot be held liable for custom charges, loss, delays or theft in your country. We do not give refunds for parcels not received overseas. We provide your tracking number as proof of your goods being shipped, for you to monitor once they depart Australia.
*Please note – Returns Policy only applicable to Stock Jewellery as per above outline. Custom-made jewellery for custom orders cannot be refunded.
Loss during delivery – All parcels sent by Ursula Badger Bespoke Design are insured against loss, theft, or damage during delivery. You do not take any risk in purchasing from us, as your parcel is completely covered. All parcels sent by us also require a signature upon delivery.
– If your parcel is lost by Australia Post YOU MUST lodge a dispute by quoting them your tracking number we provided. We cannot do this on your behalf. It is your responsibility to follow up on delays or parcels lost.
